Balaciano Group purchased a 376-unit mixed-use apartment community for $231M, subsequently renaming and remodeling it as The Q Playa.
The Q De Soto, a mixed-use development with 376 apartments and 24,553 square feet of retail, opened in June 2025 as a landmark in Woodland Hills and one of the most sought-after apartment communities in Los Angeles.
Construction of The Q Erwin is set to commence.
